Terms & content policy
slackmoji.fun is a free tool for making Slack emoji. Using the site means you agree to the terms below.
What this site is for
Turning your own photos, or your own ideas, into small transparent images you can upload to Slack as custom emoji. That's it.
What isn't allowed
Don't use slackmoji.fun to create, upload, or generate content that is:
- Sexual, sexually suggestive, or featuring nudity
- Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of serious harm
- Hate speech, slurs, or attacks on protected groups
- Images of real people without their consent, or used in harmful, defamatory, or harassing contexts
- Sexualized imagery involving minors, in any form
- Anything illegal, including content promoting violence, weapons of mass harm, or self-harm
We run automated content moderation on uploads and prompts. It isn't perfect. If something slips through, that doesn't mean it's allowed — the policy above is what matters.
What happens to your stuff
In Cutout mode, your photo never leaves your browser. Everything happens locally on your device.
In Remix and Imaginemodes, your prompt (and, for Remix, your uploaded image) is sent to Anthropic (for moderation and prompt tuning) and Google (for image generation). Those providers have their own privacy and data-use policies. We don't store your images or prompts ourselves.
Rate limits & fair use
We rate-limit requests per IP to keep costs sustainable. Attempts to bypass rate limits, scrape the site, or run automated generation are not allowed and will be blocked.
Liability
The site is provided as-is with no warranties. We aren't responsible for how you or anyone else uses what gets generated. If you think something violates this policy, email us at the contact address in the footer.
Changes
These terms may change as the site evolves. The date of last update and any material changes will be reflected here.
